A Psilocybin Journey in Amsterdam | The New Statesman

In February 2024, journalist Pravina Rudra spent a day with Nigel in Amsterdam for a psilocybin ceremony and wrote about it for the New Statesman. What began with laughter and kaleidoscopic visions moved into something more confronting, including an unexpected realisation about a thought she'd been carrying for years.

In the weeks that followed, she found herself treasuring time with her family, feeling more at ease with rejection, and noticing a smaller gap between who she knows herself to be and who she is to others.
